*This is the 2nd module for the Open Enrollment students that signed up between March and June 2020. It’s accessible only to students who are currently enrolled and completed 100% of the Footwork Mastery module. Floorwork Vol. 1-2 is the expanded version of the 4-week long original, which was released in 2017. This course is 9 weeks long and will teach you everything you need to know about getting down low on the floor. You’ll learn new moves, techniques and most importantly, transitions that will help you smoothly go from your footwork to floorwork then back to footwork. Some refer to this skill as “lofting,” but a more accurate description of this is simply “floorwork.”
