It’s been said by house dance pioneers that “if you’re not jacking, you’re not house dancing.” Jacking Style is an aggressive, raw style that puts much of its effort on rhythmic upper-body movements (jacking). It’s essential if you want to get better control of your dance outside of footwork. Because of the style’s focus on the upper body, you can expect one heck of an aerobic workout. Be prepared to get into great shape with this one while expanding your knowledge, form, timing, and style.
