These are a great improvement as an added bonus to the previous course.
Revisiting these basics with greater knowledge and understanding and adding variations really allows you to humble yourself with further repetitions.
Hey Jardy – quick question regarding the loose legs with side hop combination. I am able to do it pretty well during the break-down exercises (1.3) but once I start doing the “week 1 drill 1”, it does not look so good. I quickly fall behind, legs stiffen and as I am trying to catch up with you and the beat it only gets worse. Is it only a matter of practice or am I missing something? I slowed the video to 0.25 and noticed that during steps 1-2 your feet almost do not lift off the ground and heel-step (3-4) becomes the most prominent part of the loose legs. Hope what I wrote makes sense 🙂 Any tips greatly appreciated!

Hi Jardy! What is the name of the track used in these exercises?
I’ll send out the track list this week!

Absolutely agree with this one

It just takes practice, but you can send or post a video for me to see as well! That will make it a lot easier for me to figure out how to help. 🙂
