Hey Jardy any advice for the criss cross in terms of being more fluid? In your videos you are basically gliding and I feel more rigid and staccato with my motions ( all aside from being slow) . I am trying to jump less and only have the balls of the feet on the floor but it doesn’t seem enough. Any thoughts or commentary appreciated! Thank you!

For the criss cross in hyper speed mode, I notice myself picking up my back leg often…are both your feet on the ground?

Yes! Both feet hit and leave the ground at the same time.
