Jardy: What kind of weekly schedule do you recommend for the lessons? Meaning, are we supposed to do one module a day 1.3, 1.4, plus practice? all the week’s videos at once 1.1-1.7 and repeat daily? Thanks, Krista
Hi Krista! The course is meant to be flexible, so you can take everything at your own pace. If you’d like to get consistent results, you should practice the warm up, drills and freestyle exercises 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time. I hope this helps! 🙂
