Floorwork Vol. 1-2 is the expanded version of the 4-week long original, which was released in 2017. This course is 9 weeks long and will teach you everything you need to know about getting down low on the floor. You’ll learn new moves, techniques and most importantly, transitions that will help you smoothly go from your footwork to floorwork then back to footwork. Some refer to this skill as “lofting,” but a more accurate description of this is simply “floorwork.”
